Freshstartbotanicals.com does not take any responsibility, implied or otherwise, from any use the Buyer may make of the products sold on our site.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall freshstartbotanicals.com, nor any of its owners, officers, directors and employees, shall be held liable for anything arising out of, or in any way connected with your use of this Website whether such liability is under contract. PaylessKratom.com, including its owners, officers, directors and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website or products purchased from PaylessKratom.com.

Change of Terms

freshstartbotanicals.com is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.

Shipping & Return Policy

RETURN POLICY: If you would like to return or exchange your order for whatever reason within 10 days of receiving them please reach our customer service at (702) 530-1402 or email Freshstartbotanicals@gmail.com

If you would like to replace (or trade in) your products you will be responsible for cost and mailing of products back to Fresh Start Botanicals unless ir was delivered damaged or the wrong product. If you would like to return product for a refund of payment we will mail you a check in the amount of your order along with the shipping return slip. *Note that all refunds will be provided via check regardless of your original payment method.

SHIPPING POLICY: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification email when your order has shipped including tracking information. All retail orders over $99 include free shipping and all orders below will be calculated by using a flat rate that is listed on your order process after adding to cart.  All orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS ground. We do not offer local pickup, in-store pickup, or international shipping.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

*Free shipping on orders of $99 or more.

Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within Las Vegas area codes.

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Fresh Start Botanicals ships to addresses within the US, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses where our products are legal.  Any orders made in States or counties where products are illegal the order will be cancelled.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Fresh Start Botanicals is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

Damages

Although Fresh Start Botanicals is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. We do try to make every opportunity to replace this for you.   If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately and will work on replacing order.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the continental US.

 

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

Fresh Start Botanicals will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

Missing or Stolen Shipments

If you didn’t receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible:

We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement will be involved. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow up to 21 days for the investigation.
